My Journey
I'm a Registered Dietitian with an NHS extensive experience in weight management, gut health (including IBS), diabetes, and clinical nutrition. In addition to my clinical background, I’m also a Qualified Personal Trainer, offering clients fully personalised nutrition and training plans to support their health and fitness goals.
